The Wartburg castle is a popular tourist destination because it was the place that Martin Luther hid while he translated the Bible into Germany which ultimately helped usher in the Lutheran Church and the end of the Reformation. The castle was beautiful and at dinner that night the group that I sat at with the table kept encouraging me to take artistic pictures of our food.

The center image with the table is the room where Martin Luther worked, however, nothing in the room is original.

Enjoy the shots!
